The Kiwi Outdoor Oven is New Zealand's ultimate outdoor appliance that delivers on all of these needs, it is not only the best wood fired oven, built to last from weathering steel, but is also a hot radiating outdoor fire that is easy to use.

We guarantee our ovens to 400 degrees Celsius. It takes 30 minutes to get to 300 degrees and it will cook anything that you can cook in your internal oven, has two Italian cordierite pizza stones in the original large and 1 in the nugget. The style of BBQ that we are mostly known for is Texas Style BBQ and we currently sponsor NZ BBQ team Barbecue BOI (current leaders in the championship). Our commercial pizza guys will do 50-60 pizzas an hour from the large oven, and we were the pizza oven of choice for MKR 2014.
